Persons who are fluent in English and have an international certificate, this year were exempt from passing the UNT in the profile subject "Foreign language (English)" or in a special subject. School students independently submitted applications to the PPENT. Graduates of the current year's colleges did not need an UNT certificate to enter the university on a paid basis for a reduced period of study.
