Acceptance of documents for National Qualification testing.
National qualification testing – the procedure aimed at determining the level of professional competence of teaching staff and equivalent persons holding positions in educational organizations that implement general educational programs of preschool education and training, primary, basic secondary and general secondary education, educational programs of technical and professional, post-secondary, additional, specialized and special education, according to tests developed by the organization determined by the authorized body in the field of education.
Acceptance of applications for participation in the national qualification testing is carried out by organizations determined by the authorized body, at least 15 calendar days before the start of the testing.
To pass the certification, teachers pass the national qualification testing by submitting an application to an organization determined by the authorized body in the field of education, and pass the national qualification testing in electronic format.
The terms of certification and the procedure for assigning qualification categories are carried out from January to June, from August to December.
Certification of teachers is carried out in two stages:
1) the first stage - national qualification testing;
2) the second stage is a comprehensive analytical summary of the results of the activity.
The National qualification test consists of the following test tasks:
1) For teachers of preschool organizations of education and training:
- Preschool pedagogy and Psychology - thirty tasks;
- Methods of preschool education and training" - thirty tasks;
2) For teachers of general secondary education:
- Pedagogy, teaching methods-thirty tasks;
- Content of the subject - seventy tasks;
Primary education teachers take tests in the following subjects: Kazakh or Russian (according to the language of instruction), literary reading, mathematics.
3) For organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education:
Teachers of general education subjects:
- Pedagogy, teaching methods-thirty tasks;
- Content of the subject - seventy tasks;
Teachers in special disciplines:
- Pedagogy, teaching methods-thirty tasks;
- In the field of activity-seventy tasks;
Masters of industrial training:
- Pedagogy, teaching methods-thirty tasks;
- In the field of activity-thirty tasks
4) For teachers of additional education organizations:
- Fundamentals of Psychology-thirty tasks;
- Pedagogy, teaching methods-thirty tasks;
5) For methodologists of methodical offices (centers):
- Content of the subject - seventy tasks;
- Pedagogy, teaching methods-thirty tasks.
6) For heads of educational organizations:
- in the direction of Knowledge of the legislation - 80 (eighty) questions;
- Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 20 (twenty) questions;
- Code on Marriage (Matrimony) and Family – 20 (twenty) questions;
- Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" - 20 (twenty) questions;
- Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the status of a teacher" - 10 (ten) questions;
- The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan" - 10 (ten) questions.
- in the direction of "Management competencies" - 20 (twenty) questions.
The total time of the national qualification test is 210 minutes (3 hours 30 minutes), for the subjects "Mathematics", "Physics", "Chemistry", "Computer Science" - 240 minutes (4 hours).
National qualification testing is conducted at the request of teachers and equivalent persons in the language (Kazakh, Russian, Uyghur, Uzbek, Tajik), which is indicated when submitting the application.
The test result is considered positive when you receive the following points:
1) For teachers of preschool organizations of education and training:
- Preschool pedagogy and psychology:
- qualification category "teacher-moderator" - 50%;
- qualification category "teacher-expert" - 60%;
- qualification category "teacher-researcher" - 65 %;
- qualification category "teacher-master" - 70 %;
- Methods of preschool education and training":
- qualification category "teacher-moderator" - 30 % ;
- qualification category "teacher-expert" - 35 %;
- qualification category "teacher-researcher" - 40 %;
- qualification category "teacher-master" - 45 %.
2) For teachers of general secondary education:
- in the direction of the Content of the educational subject:
- qualification category "teacher-moderator" - 50%;
- qualification category "teacher-expert" - 60%;
- qualification category "teacher-researcher" - 65 %;
- qualification category "teacher-master" - 70 %;
- in the direction of "Pedagogy, teaching methods":
- qualification category "teacher-moderator" - 30 % ;
- qualification category "teacher-expert" - 35 %;
- qualification category "teacher-researcher" - 40 %;
- qualification category "teacher-master" - 45 %.
3) For teachers of organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education:

- qualification category "teacher-expert" - 60%;
- qualification category "teacher-researcher" - 65 %;
- qualification category "teacher-master" - 70 %;
- in the direction of the activity:

- in the direction of Pedagogy, teaching methods:

- qualification category "teacher-researcher" - 40 %;
- qualification category "teacher-master" - 45 %.
4) For teachers of additional education organizations:

- qualification category "teacher-master" - 70 %;
- Pedagogy, teaching methods: qualification category "teacher-moderator" - 30 %;

- qualification category "teacher-master" - 45 %.
5) For methodologists of methodical offices (centers):
- Content of the subject: qualification category "teacher-moderator" - 50%;

- qualification category "teacher-researcher" - 65 %;
- qualification category "teacher-master" - 70 %;
- Pedagogy, teaching methods: qualification category "teacher-moderator" - 30 %;

- qualification category "teacher-researcher" - 40 %;
- qualification category "teacher-master" - 45 %.
6) For graduates of higher educational institutions and organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education when applying for a job for the first time:
- Content of the academic subject:

7) for heads of educational organizations:
- in the direction of Knowledge of the legislation:
- head of the third qualification category-60%;

- head of the first qualification category-70 %;
The result of the national qualification test is valid for one year.
