Refund of funds made by online payment to individuals

The following documents are required to return the wrongly paid funds:

1) Application addressed to the Director of the "National testing center" MES RK;

2) Copy of the identity document;

3) a 20 digit Bank account of the second level;

4) the Obverse side of Bank cards;

5) Online receipt of payment;

6) If the payment was made twice, both receipts.

7) If the test subject is paid for by the parents, then you need to provide a copy of the child's birth certificate. All the above documents should be sent to the email address of the National Testing Center - info@testcenter.kz
