He was born on December 17, 1981 in the East Kazakhstan region. In 2007 he graduated from Karagandy State University named after E.A.Buketov with a degree in History. In 2018, he graduated from the Master's degree program of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, majoring in History. Academic degree - Master of Pedagogical Sciences. Work activity: 2007-2010 – teacher of the "History of Kazakhstan"; 2010-2015 - Director of the training center for preparation for the UNT, Pavlodar; 08.2015-08.2016 - Head of the department for the organization of the formation of test items, the center "DOSTYK"; 08.2016-01.2019 - Director of Public Relations, Education Consulting; 01.2019-08.2021 - Director of Project Management, EduCon LLP; 08.2021-10-2021 - Acting Director of the RSE "National Testing Center" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Since October 22, 2021 appointed Director of the RSE "National Testing Center" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
